Complete Revision of Our Electoral Roll

Funerals

Whether you are a first-time applicant or been on the electoral roll for years, this year, everyone needs to reapply.  All current members have been sent a new application form and there are hard copy forms available at the back of both churches, but you can also download an application form here to print out, complete and return to the Church Office before 2 April 2019.

You may apply to join the Roll at any time (as outlined in the Church Representation Rules) except between the end of the Revision and the APCM.

Why join the Electoral Roll?

Joining the electoral roll is an important way of confirming your commitment to Holy Trinity & St Saviour's community and to the vision of the church but it also opens up the way for greater involvement in the life of the Church of England, at Deanery, Diocesan and national levels. By joining, you become entitled to participate in the government of the church and to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (Sunday 28 April 2019), where the elections take place for:

- the parochial church council

- the parish’s representatives on the deanery synod.

Any person entitled to attend the APCM may raise any question of parochial or general church interest.

Please see our Electoral Roll FAQ for further information and guidance.

Our Electoral Roll Privacy Notice clarifies the legal bases under GDPR for the processing of personal data required by the church electoral roll in accordance with the requirements set out in the Church Representation Rules.
