WE'RE GOING AWAY AS A CHURCH FAMILY THIS SUMMER! 

Our Church Weekend is an opportunity for the Holy Trinity & St Saviour's community to grow together and enjoy quality time with teaching, worship and lots of fun activities.

So when is it?

Late afternoon Friday 10 - Early afternoon Sunday 12 June 2022

And where is it going to be?

Etherley Farm, Ockley, Surrey RH5 5PA 

A farm?  Hang on, are we going to be camping?

Yes we are, and, although we encourage you to join in the fun (in a tent, campervan, caravan - or a bivvy), you are welcome to stay in a local B&B or attend as a day visitor.

What are we going to be doing?

The main aim is to spend time together; relaxing, getting to know each other and having fun together - with worship, games, activities, chatting, eating and drinking.

And okay then, what about cost?

We don't want cost to be a factor in whether you join us so please do have a chat with Neil or the Leadership team and we'll see how we can help you.  Making the weekend cost-effective was one of the main factors in choosing a camping weekend so these costs* are reflective of that:

Adult Camping Attendee - £45

Under 18 Camping Attendee - £30 (£25 each for 3+ children)

Under 5 Camping Attendee - £20

Under 1 Camping Attendee - Free

Adult Daytime Attendee - £30

Child Daytime Attendee - £20

*Please note these costs may change dependent on attendance/other variables

What does that cost include?

These costs include the exclusive use of the entire field, the facilities on site, all weekend entertainments and activities and two main meals (Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime).

I want to camp but I don't have camping equipment

We can advise on equipment required and also hope to have a pool of resources from which people can borrow.

What if I don't have my own transport?

Lifts will be arranged nearer the time.
