Loving Our Neighbours, Loving Our World
Loving Our Neighbours, Loving Our World
The War in Ukraine
Along with our archbishops, we 'lament with the people of Ukraine, and we pray for the innocent, the frightened and those who have lost loved ones, homes and family' - as well as praying for a ceasefire and withdrawal of Russian forces from the region so that proper grievances can be aired and a diplomatic solution reached.
How to donate:
We encourage you to donate to these organisations already operating in Ukraine and among the refugees:
Praying for Ukraine:
As we cry out to God for peace in Ukraine, and all its people, we're offering two Prayer Spaces to the community of Knaphill and Brookwood:
These Prayer Spaces will be an opportunity to draw aside and take time out in a safe, calm and dedicated space, in order to pray and seek God, to intercede and petition, with no distractions and with focuses for prayer.
Everyone is welcome, at either, at both, for as short, or as long, as you wish.
