The theme this year will be Creation Care, focusing on how each of us can reduce our impact on the environment.

The weekend will feature a mixture of all together sessions, teaching, worship, activities and games for all ages, as well as the return of the hog roast and a BBQ. Having sourced an alternative supplier, we have faith the marquee will make an appearance this year so we are prepared for any weather!

The campsite is just half an hour or so away so you can visit during the day on the Saturday and Sunday or throw yourself into it, stay over and make the most of long evenings by the campfire. Tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes all welcome, while toilet and shower facilities are available close by to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Unfortunately our four-legged friends will not be able to join us, as there are sheep and poultry nearby on the farm.

When booking you will also be asked about dietary requirements as well as if you would like transport, financial assistance or to borrow any camping equipment. Please do let us know as soon as possible so we can confirm the arrangements in plenty of time. The booking form also includes an option to contribute extra money to help someone else join us - as much or as little as you feel able, after all: every little helps.

We have worked hard to keep costs as low as possible, but with the rapidly increasing cost of anything and everything, and even though the church is subsidising the weekend even more heavily than last year, we do have to increase the cost slightly this year. It is important that everyone who wants to come is able to join us so we are committed to keeping costs to the church family as low as possible. If cost is an issue, you can ask for assistance on the booking form. Please note that requests for assistance will only be seen by a few people on the church weekend team.
